Born and raised in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Josephine spent nearly a decade traveling internationally for business throughout China, Vietnam, Japan, France, Austria, Thailand, and Singapore. Her global experience provides valuable insight into corporate relocation, cross-cultural communication, and the unique needs of clients moving to or from the Pacific Northwest. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Malay, and also speaks conversational Japanese and French.

Josephine earned her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Putra Malaysia. Before relocating to Oregon in 2013, she lived, studied, and worked in Vancouver, British Columbia, where she completed her Master of Business Administration at Simon Fraser University's Beedie School of Business. She has also completed executive education in Strategic Leadership and Negotiation, along with a Certificate in Project Management from the University of British Columbia.
