About Josephine Tang

Josephine Tang joined Spears Property Group with over two decades of experience in sales, marketing, market research, business development and real estate. Her background experience as a top-level executive in quality assurance, marketing specialist, and sales professional honed her eye for perfection, an ear for negotiation, and a mind for completing complex transactions with her client’s best interest always in mind. She can help guide buyers through the real estate process and has the local expertise needed to ensure clients find the best neighborhood and home to fit their lifestyle. 

 

Josephine was born and raised in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and spent nearly a decade traveling abroad for business in China, Vietnam, Japan, France, Austria, Thailand, and Singapore. She possesses extensive knowledge of corporate relocation, cultural adaptation, and living abroad. This experience gives her a unique perspective when working with people who are relocating to the area. She is well-versed in multi-cultural business practices and cross culture dialogue. Josephine is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Malay. She also speaks a little Japanese and French. 

 

Josephine holds a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Putra Malaysia. Prior to moving to Oregon in 2013, Josephine lived, studied, and worked in Vancouver, British Columbia for six years. She earned her Master of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University’s Beedie School of Business in Vancouver, BC. Her post-MBA continuing education includes a Certificate in Executive Development with a focus in Strategic Leadership and Negotiation and a Certificate in Project Management from the University of British Columbia.
