SPEARS PROPERTY GROUP

Jeni made the entire buying process feel manageable from beginning to end. She was responsive, organized, and always made sure we understood what was happening and what came next. We never felt pressured, just supported. Having Jeni in our corner gave us so much confidence, and we couldn’t be happier with our home.

We had a great time working with Ward, he was patient and strategic. We highly recommend working with Ward Spears.

Jeni has a way of making you feel like you’re her only client. She was always available when we had questions, kept us informed throughout the process, and truly listened to what we wanted. We trusted her completely and are so grateful she helped us find the right home.

I'm so happy I found Ward when we were starting to consider moving to the Portland area. Being first-time-buyers as well as remote, house hunting can be very challenging, and it is critical to have a local agent you can trust. Ward fits that bill. He was very patient throughout the process, showed me many properties within my challenging schedule. He really got to know our preferences and tastes and even looked at properties for us when we were not in town, providing realistic and honest feedback. He doesn't put on the hard sales pitch, which was very important to me. Ward and his dad Ron are long-time residents in the Lake Oswego area, and went out...

Ward Spears is my managing principal broker. He is always very responsive to my communications and provides detailed answers so I can finish my work. He makes himself readily available to help, which I really appreciate. He also encourages collaboration between agents in our office so we can learn from one another.

From our first conversation, Jeni had a clear plan for selling our home. She gave us thoughtful advice on preparation, positioning, and marketing, and then followed through on every detail. Her communication was excellent, and we always felt like she was looking out for our best interests. We would recommend her without hesitation.

Ward was our buyers agent during our search for our first home. He really helped to take away any nervousness that my wife and I were feeling and he was always able to answer any questions that we had. He was also always available when we needed to contact him, or when we had a last minute viewing that we wanted to schedule. I would recommend Ward to anyone who needed a buyers or sellers agent!

Luanne did an excellent job on the whole transaction and process of finding my dream home. The market was insane at the time and she went above and beyond with her efforts in communication and negotiation. I bought a truly better-than-possible home in the end and could not have been more impressed with her knowledge of the market and ways to maximize the deal. Luanne thrives at customer service and meeting your needs through her careful attention to detail and listening skills. She is ready to work hard for your unique situation. I would highly recommend Luanne Jaramillo to anyone looking to buy or sell, or to have an easy conversation about what th...

We were so fortunate to have Luanne’s guidance and expertise on our first home buying venture! She made an overwhelming process as painless as possible and we saw her advocacy for us every step of the way. She expertly handled a particularly tough seller and an inexperienced seller’s agent, and we are so pleased with the outcome. She has our highest recommendation!

Luanne was amazing and did a fabulous job with helping me find/buy my first home. She was very professional and kept me informed on every step of the process. She helped settle my nerves on numerous occasions. I knew from the start that she was committed to helping me.

Luanne helped me every step of the way. She really got to know me and my family and worked tirelessly to make sure we found the perfect fit home for us. She was available at any time, efficient, responsive, reliable, knowledgeable and so supportive. I would recommend her to anyone buying a home, especially a first time home buyer like me. She held my hand every step of the way!

If the scale was 1 to 10 - all would be 10. If you want to buy or sell, you owe yourself the luxury and ease of using Luanne! Luanne (Lu) was always there, by phone, by text, or in person. If I text her a 10PM she answered! She did the prep work to see my house and we sold in 1 day with even a back-up offer. Lu also helped us buy our new place. We had a short time to find a house; do you know of an agent that would take you to 12 houses in 1 day! Lu did! She set up everything. Lu even negotiated a lower price for us on the home we purchased!

Luanne has been our agent for our coastal home when we sold it, our residence in Beaverton and again when we decided to move out state. Having Luanne working for us was seamless. Her professionalism, knowledge, and commitment to her clients were instrumental with what could have been a very stressful time made it a wonderful experience. I would always recommend Luanne.

What stood out most about working with Jeni was how much she genuinely cared. Selling a home can be emotional and stressful, but she brought a sense of calm and organization to the entire process. She was honest, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful. We felt like we had a trusted advocate beside us every step of the way.
